Mr. Faiz-ur-Rehman Mashal has been working as Executive Director of the Community Development Program (CDP) since 2003 and has previously worked as the Regional Coordinator of the All Pakistan Federation of Labor (APFOL). He is the Co-officio of the District Legal Empowerment Committee (DLEC) notified by the Peshawar High Court for the identification of poor litigants and prisoners for the provision of free legal aid and assistance. He is an expert moderator/speaker on alternate dispute resolution and the informal justice system in Pakistan and has actively taken part in coordination and dialogue with stakeholders during the extremist activities in South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and newly merged districts.
